How long Layr keeps workspace data and how retention relates to sync lookback.
Default retention
We retain workspace data so the product keeps working for your team.
Evidence history, opportunities, and search memory remain available while:
- The workspace is active
- Sources remain connected and included under your settings
Sync lookback is not deletion
When Layr first imports a source, it looks back over a recent window of history. That lookback limit controls how far back we import. It is not an automatic timer that deletes stored data later.
Contractual schedules
If your pilot or production agreement needs a fixed retention schedule, we set that explicitly in the contract and operate to it.
Deletion and offboarding
Disconnecting integrations, excluding sources, and deactivating accounts are available in product. Full workspace or account erasure is handled on request — see Security FAQ and Data and privacy.
